This will be an interactive meeting, what we need from you is to submit
your very own (let’s do this!), (let’s NOT do that!), (story time!) and or (that’s going in my contract!)

Story Time:
Example: Let’s do that!
Venue/Catering: We love that you have a water station separate from the bar area
Officiant: Learn how to use a handheld mic if the wind is bad or if there is massive interference (why)
because lapel mics are NOT as reliable, they are meant for indoor use. Help your DJ by being flexible so
they don’t get blamed for the quality of the sound.
Planner: Please send the timeline and layout at least a week in advance and introduce yourself,
sometimes we don't even know that the couple has a planner. (WHY?) Vendors should be considered in
the timeline as we are a team.
ALL VENDORS: Always work as a team, and have the back of your team.
Let's NOT do that!
Example: Photographer/Videographer: Please don't monopolize the couples time to where they miss spending
time with their guests.
Wedding Planner: Please do not talk down to your team and act like you’re the boss of all the vendors.
Vendors: Stay firm in your contract if someone cancels on you, DO NOT give money back and make your
other vendors who stand by their contract look like a fool.
That's going in my contract/ Story time
Story time: Had a client write us a MONTH after their wedding complaining out our service. We are
considering putting a blurb in our contract stating the following:
“Any feedback or concerns regarding the event must be submitted in writing within 48 hours following
the event date. We (Business name) will not entertain feedback or concerns submitted after this period,
nor will we entertain complaints from clients attempting to secure refunds.”
